Personal agents

A personal agent is software that acts for one customer across companies: it researches, compares, remembers earlier tasks and decides, before any company sees the customer. Muse, Instinct, ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini are the products making that practical today; the observatory studies the pattern, not the products.

What we did and did not run

Every journey on this site ran in Accord’s research harness. Every journey run with Claude on the live web. Every source, belief and decision published. We say so on every page because the difference matters: a consumer product has its own tools, memory and policies, and its behaviour can only be observed by using it.

How to observe it yourself

Every decision page carries the frozen customer mission with a Copy button. Run it in the agent you use, send what it did, and it appears as a community-submitted run labelled with that agent’s name. Pick a decision →

Why the category matters to companies

When the research, the comparison and the elimination happen on the customer’s side, a company can be eliminated from a decision it never saw: by a page that would not render, a site that refused the agent, or a fact the agent took from someone else.
